Lucky Door Prize
Apothecary Kitchen will be teaching our lucky door prize winner how to care for your first wild fermented sauerkraut made from Pillidge Farm cabbages. Over the 21 days that it takes to make fermented vegetables, you will receive 3 home visits to inspect and discuss your ferment as well as delivery of fresh healthy food from Apothecary Kitchen each visit. On the final visit, we will go through the long term storage of your sauerkraut as well as help you put down a fresh batch for you to tend yourself.
