Black Gospel! Rhythm & freedom! Open To everyone!

Tony works with the passionate and exciting African-American repertoire, focusing on spirituals, gospel songs old and new, choral and quartet styles, and embracing South African church songs. The emphasis is on harmony, collective improvisation and freedom of expression.

No music-reading skills are required, and you may record the sessions.

TICKETING It is optimal to be at both sessions, as we will build on the repertoire from the day before.
If you cannot commit to the weekend, you can also choose to participate in either day.
Tickets can be purchased at the door CASH ONLY (we do not carry Credit card facilities).
NB Numbers are limited and we suggest pre booking. 

WHAT TO BRING: Please bring your own tea mug/cup and BYO water bottle with water. 

MORNING TEA 30' (approx 11.30am)
Teas and and light refreshment will be supplied.
Optional - In the spirit of community singing please feel free to bring a plate to share for one of the days.

LUNCH - BYO  (approx 1.00pm)
Alternatively, The Mens Shed is located within a 10 minute walk to a number of cafes
