Winemakers Beach House Party

Join us at Bathes Beach House as we invite some of WA's winemakers to let their hair down and host a casual party where you can learn about their wine, enjoy some great food and wash it all down with a little live entertainment.

Prepare for a casual night of fantastic wine, and abundance of delicious food and live entertainment.

During the evening enjoy free flowing wine and canapes, wine will be from WA wineries Hay Shed Hill and West Cape Howe, together with a delicious selection of food from our kitchen team and soulful tunes live from local trio Hart.

Event

Doors will open at 7pm sharp and on arrival all guests will enjoy a glass of Hay Shed Hill Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir.
Oysters with shallot vinaigrette and Wakame plus
Prawns in a rich champagne butter.

White Courses

Next enjoy two fantastic white wines each paired with two canapes.

Firstly the 2016 West Cape Howe Mount Barker Riesling
Pork, jalapeño, lime and lettuce wrap on rice crackers plus
Pepper Chicken Masala, onion and lime raita, naan bread

Then the 2016 Hay Shed Hill Sauvignon Blanc Semillon.
Citrus crab, trout roe, fennel and asparagus on water crackers plus
Thick cream seafood chowder

Red Courses

Then we move onto a delightful selection of reds which will include:

2015 West Cape Howe "Hannah's Hill" Cabernet Malbec
Beef Carpaccio, Plum Compote, Goats Cheese on Parmesan Shortbread plus
Red Wine Risotto with Chorizo, Chickpeas and Silverbeet

2015 Hay Shed Hill Shiraz Tempranillo
Smoked Chicken, Walnut and Cranberries in Witlof plus
Dukkah crusted Kangaroo, Chimmichuri, Cheddar on rice crackers

Sweet Wine

To finish up we have 2013 West Cape Howe Moscato
Spicy Thai fish cake, Brie and Micro Basil plus
Salted Caramel, Cashew & Cherry Tart

Entertainment

In the early evening hear from the winemakers of both wineries as they discuss their carefully crafted products you will be enjoying.

As the evening progresses enjoy local trio Hart who will play a selection of Jazz & Blues, RnB and pop favourites.

Wine Substitution

This is a unique event with free flowing wine, whilst we will encourage everyone to enjoy all of the wine selections you will be able to skip any individual wine and being free flowing have additional glasses of any other selection.

After the Event

The event will conclude at 10pm, after this time the live entertainment will continue and the bar will open as normal. We encourage you to stay on and dance the night away, the doors will also be open for other guests to join so invite any of your friends who have been elsewhere for the evening to join you to dance the night away.
