LOVEFEST

The journey that is LOVEFEST will begin from the moment you enter the space. Be prepared to be taken on a journey of divine sound, dance, healing, music, art, connection, cacao and movement into higher love consciousness. Open your heart, your soul, connect, awaken, transform, allow your inner potential to shine, allow yourself to be free and JUST BE.

We will celebrate spring and celebrate love. Raising funds for COAST SHELTER it is an event held by the community for the community at THE RHYTHM HUT in Gosford. There will be many local performers that usually run events on their own coming together.

THE DECK

The deck will be completely in flow and will include the following starting with an Andean Deck Session by Leandro Villamil from 4PM.

This is an all ages event which is alcohol-free. We want to create a high vibrational conscious space where people can connect freely and openly. The kitchen will be serving delicious home style cooked vegan meals, Kombucha and Cacao Elixirs. The ticket price includes all of this plus a complimentary raw cacao elixir drink. Funds raised will be donated to the amazing COAST SHELTER

THE PERFORMANCES 

DUBARRAY - Prana Session' is a unique live music yoga flow that is a sensory experience uniquely crafted towards the sounds & elements aligning with the seven Chakra's. Dubarray have gone to new heights in composing a sonic journey intended to awaken the dormant consciousness and create a soul nourishing path of connected vibration. Inspired by the humility, balance & elements of nature, the soundscapes invoke a deep sense of connection and unity, infused with affirmations and insightful lyricism. Immerse yourself in an ocean of ambient bliss with DUBARRAY at LOVEFEST.

DUBARRAY have performed previously at 'Splendour In The Grass', 'Woodford Folk Festival', Byron Bay Spirit Festival,'Luminate Festival NZ', 'Wunderlust' and more including many venues on their latest European tour.  

A CACAO CEREMONY is an opportunity to connect to your inner self and open your heart, awaken your full potential and have fun with it. Whatever your path, the intention is yours to set. CACAO is a gentle, heart-opening and delicious medicine that has been used in many different ways by ancient cultures in the Americas.

The cacao ceremony will begin with a warm mug of ceremonial grade cacao elixir.  Cacao is known as the food of the gods. It can gently support us and guide us each toward what needs our love and attention within. Combined with high vibrational music and dancing you will be able to truly experience the benefits of the Cacao. To experience the full of effect of the Cacao be sure not to drink dairy that day and have an early dinner. Cacao will be sugar free, vegan and organic. 

A DRUM CIRCLE  is where people come together and empower each other in the act of celebrating community and life through rhythm and music. Everyone who comes and participates has something to offer the circle, and any one is welcome. When we, as a community, drum together, sharing our spirit in the form of rhythm, it changes our relationships for the positive. As we play together, we give ourselves a rhythmical massage, and an emotional release and a healing. The release and healing is different for every person that is in the rhythm circle, and it happens whether we are entraining ourselves into the circle by drumming, or standing outside the circle and listening while tapping our feet, dancing or clapping along with the music. 

ECSTATIC DANCE – or free form, conscious dance – is an invigorating mind body practice of uncensored spontaneous movement for EVERYONE who loves to dance when no one’s watching. The room becomes a sacred interactive playground engendering total freedom for your authentic expression. Move to your own unique rhythm and become one.

An EPIC DJ SET will be pumping later in the night with a range of tunes chosen specifically by the LOVEFEST team for this event to take you on a musical journey of high vibrational tracks that can you can dance to

SPOKEN WORD will be performed by local artists chosen for their authenticity, their message and their connection to theme of the night "LOVE"

SOUND HEALING - Many ancient traditions such as the Mayans, Aztecs and Shamans have understood and utilised sound as a powerful healing tool with seemingly magical effects for centuries. In the western world we are only just beginning to rediscover this unlimited source for transformation and healing. The didgeridoo also produces infra sound frequencies (reaching below 20 Htz) that can be applied as a "no-touch sound massage". The didgeridoo's unique tones enables listeners to easily enter the deep meditative brainwave states of theta and delta. It is in these brainwave states that we achieve our highest healing potential for both physical and mental health by re-engaging our mind body connection. We will complete the night with a magical closing ceremony sound healing journey that will leave you feeling amazing, whole and loved as you make your home.

Conscious Community Crystalline MEDITATION - The event will begin by setting a powerful community intention as a group. Tammy de Ron-Cox will lead us in an opening ceremony meditation using a high vibrational crystalline grid she prepared in a sacred form especially for LOVEFEST. Crystals hold millions of light-fractals that transcend the limitations of time/ space.

The beams of LOVE from the grid will power through to cover The Rhythm Hut and eventually the entire Central Coast. North, South, East and West.....and beyond

This will be a heart opening experience, as we prepare for an incredible evening of Divine connection & Powerful performance.

Everyone present will set & hold a ONE VISION intention, as co-creators of this vibrant community, to love & honour ourselves & our personal integrity; and to be of loving service & honour, commitment & support to our brothers & sisters of the Central Coast community. May we all hold the highest visions to bring that LOVE forth in our everyday lives, future celebrations & community gatherings.
