Please bring the following: - Yoga Mat, pillow or bolster, cushion, eye pillow (optional), water bottle, equipment for Yoga Nidra (warm clothing or blanket), pen and notepad. Learn 'The Five Tibetans' or 'Fountain of Youth' - a simple, energising 10 minute daily yogic practice to increase strength, flexibility & sharpen the mind.
The breath - or 'PRANA LIFE ENERGY' is important in our yoga practice & life in general. Tanya will teach you breathing techniques that will help you to relax on the spot. When we breathe well, we live well :)
Time for lunch. Explore the many hip little cafes around Kiama or bring a packed lunch & sit down on the grass looking over the harbour.
International song writer Kachina ‘Parvati Durga’ & Swedish yoga teacher & multi talented musician Sofia ‘Pila’ from the band sound of KoKo will awaken your senses & ignite your spirit!
This exciting session is powerful & will bring you to a state of bliss & tranquility, while combining yoga moves with singing & chants. Devi sounds explore the use of movement, breath, sound & awareness to liberate energy & expand consciousness.
To finish off the day we dive into a gorgeous yoga nidra meditation that will leave you with a feeling of peace & stillness deep into your very being.
Through the day Alana Bunt from Alana Bell massage will be moving around the room and spoiling you with a lovely hand & arm massage.
