A fun and interactive Personal and Professional Development Course

This course will give you the opportunity to assess your current needs and skills and provide you with the opportunity to develop and practise your latent ability within a theoretical framework. You will be embarking on an adventure of personal self discovery and development.

This journey is planned to be full of interesting challenges, surprises and anecdotes. You will be given the opportunity to discover your own gifts and talents (perhaps some you are presently unaware of), and learn how to consciously use them effectively. You will create your own paradigm or model to help you to maximise your inherent abilities.

You will be the captain of your own sailing craft. The model we will be using is that of building an Aurora sailing craft and crossing tropical seas to an exotic island of your dreams, and how to engage with other travellers and pirates that you may encounter in your journey. Below a list of the concepts and skills that will be explored and developed through out the duration of the course and a sketch of the sailing craft that you will create to reflect who you are.
