Event Details

After our first session sold out so quickly we have decided to add 1 more event... join Sue Lewis Chocolatier & Margaret River Distilling Co. for this exclusive evening.

Distiller, Rebecca Cameron will be bringing up her beautiful copper pots and will take you through the history of gin, distilling process, challenge your senses with plenty of smells and tastes.  Sue will then take you through the chocolate making process from bean to bar along with a tempering demonstration and taste single-origin chocolates from around the world. Together these ladies will match 5 different gins with bespoke chocolates to create a unique and memorable night.

The event will take place at the Halford Bar which is located in the basement Safe Room of the 1897 Titles Building. Halford is a contemporary take on the great 1950s late night lounge bar, when conversation was king and elegant decadence met the modern world.

All in all a perfect place to host a chocolate & gin masterclass... book now as places are limited!
