The second of our special VIP events leading to the inaugural July 2018 Cote du Soleil Sunshine Coast French Festival brings you the flavours of France right here at home on the Sunshine Coast.

The Cote du Soleil French Festival will be held on the weekend of Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th July 2018 at Kings Beach Park, Caloundra.  The festival aims to enrich the event tourism calendar of the Sunshine Coast by hosting an annual two day event showcasing the fabulous culture, cuisine and lifestyles adopted by the French community around the world.

The festival will offer a blend of entertainment, education, dining experiences, masterclasses and shopping opportunities that typify the French style.  By infusing some of the flavours and passion of the French in to our own coastal paradise, this festival will become a destination where locals and visitors alike may indulge their love affair of the French style in a fun social setting.

However as part of our lead up to this fabulous new event, we promised to hold a myriad of French themed events over the course of the next 12 months and we are very excited to announce our 2nd VIP event 'A French Affair Degustation Dinner'.

Thanks to the superb creative talents of Executive Chef Gareth we are going to wet your appetite for french cuisine with a sumptuous five course degustation dinner complete with wine pairings showcasing the flavours of France. 

Delight in the tastes of french themed canapes, twice baked goat cheese souffle with roast capsicum & caper gastrique, sorbet served with bubbles, duck cassoulet with pommes anna & petite pois finished off with a sublime apple tarte tatin, vanilla bean ice cream with apple toffee and of course no french meal would be complete without the different flavours of fromage.

Join us and be transported to France for a night of superb food, wine and fun while dining to the sounds of French music... Ooh la lah, this is not a night to be missed.
