Newcastle and the Hunter region are known for a great many things, however diversity and inclusion in business is not currently one of them. It’s time that changed.

If we truly want to grow and develop as a business region then we must begin to understand, embrace and embed acceptance and employment of a range of people with a diversity of skills, backgrounds and experiences.

Diversity & inclusion is more than just a trendy term, more than a policy, it is a mindset, an approach and philosophy for business that has real commercial, political and social advantages. With this in mind the Human Power Diversity and Inclusion conference aims to provide:
