It's almost crazy to think that this little DIY festival has been hanging around for half a decade... but we're very happy to say that it has.

Previous years have seen dozens of Punk, Folk and Alternative musicians take to stages across Melbourne to belt out songs full of emotion, sweat, beer and heart and this year will be no different.

With this years festival taking place solely at The Reverence Hotel in Foostcray, a venue we're very excited to be returning to for the first time since Not Fest 1, there will be plenty of space to catch up with old friends, make new friends and celebrate the diverse DIY music communities we work so hard to build and maintain. That's what Not Fest aims to be each year - a diverse and inclusive celebration of friendship through music and a place where anyone and everyone can make meaningful social connections in a safe and friendly environment.

Not Fest 5 will be hosting 30+ acts across two stages. Shenanigans will include a Not Fest Comedy Showcase and a Vegan Popcorn Chicken Eating Competition.
