The Monthly Unwind - Vision board Workshop

Elle's last Monthly Unwind will give attendees the opportunity to create their own vision boards. Vision boards are a wonderful tool to assist us in getting what we focus on and aid as a great visual representation of how we want our future to be.

During the workshop, Elle will teach you the most powerful energetic structure for your vision board and will help you to release the blocks that are holding you back from the life you want.

Attendees will need to bring along a collection of pictures that they want to place on their vision boards, these can be printed out from the internet, photos from Facebook or Pinterest, or from magazines.

This workshop is also held on a new moon, which is a powerful time for manifestation. 

All other resources will be supplied (board to place pictures on, coloured textas, scissors, and glue).

Once everyone has created and blessed their vision boards, Elle will take the group through a guided meditation to set the vibrational energy in place for the attendees and their vision board.

As always, dinner will be provided (please inform Elle of any dietary requirements) and the session will take place in the relaxed and healing workshop space at the Cowork Collective in East Brunswick.
