Secret Sets is a movement that brings people together through workout and dance. Suitable for all ages and sizes. Our events are not strenuous and are lots of fun. Our main focus is to create interaction between people and to create a community. All our events are run through silent headphones and professional instructors. It is easy to follow, you will sweat, you will tango but most of all, you will meet lots of other groovy individuals. All locations are a secret and will be revealed 24 hours before each event. Duration of each workout is one hour, each event runs for one hour and thirty minutes to allow for collection of headphones and food. Tickets include a cold pressed juice, a breakfast cup, a raw protein ball and your silent disco headphones.
