Its that time of year again and St Nicholas is just around the corner!
The Dutch Social and Welfare Club invites you to join us for our traditional Dutch Sinterklaas Festival. Traditionally held on the 5th of December Sinterklaas is that wonderful time of year where the old man himself and his Zwarte Pieten ride down the cannels of Nederlands and bring gifts to all the good children!
As always he'll be making an early visit to the Dutch Club rooms on Sunday 3rd of December at 1pm. Though his transport is different every year!
Tickets (For children under 12years)
$23.50 for DSWC Members ($22 if purchased at the DSWC Club rooms)
$30.50 for Non-Members ($28 if purchased at the DSWC Club rooms)
Adults Free!
All children with a ticket will receive a gift from St Nicholas when he arrives, Lolly bag, Ice cream and a Fruit box plus heaps of free entertainment throughout the day.
For the adults we have live music by singer Holly Collins, the kitchen will be serving hot meals and snacks throughout the day and as always our Dutch beers will be flowing. We will also have all your Sinterklaas treats straight from Holland available at our store.
Please note: Gifts are only available for children under 12 years of age, We tailor all our gifts to your child's age this is why this information is required when purchasing tickets. Children over 12 are free and are welcome to come along and join in on the free entertainment and sit on St Nicholas's lap but will not receive a gift.
