MINDFUL ART THERAPY FOR SCHOOL-AGED CHILDREN

‘FUN IN A BOTTLE ‘

Create  your own  Sensory  Bottle

Healing Wings Art Therapy & Real Connections Art Therapy have come together to create a special 2.5-hour holiday workshop for primary school aged children, to explore and interact with others. This workshop is designed to encourage children to practice mindfulness and to explore their own creativity in a fun and supportive environment. Children will not only learn to explore their own creativity, but also gain valuable skills & resources on how to manage their feelings & emotions.

Children will be invited to create their own sensory bottle using a variety of crafty  materials like , glitters , trinkets , stars, beads and  other sparkly items . Other activities will include , music and movement  and creating artwork . All materials will be supplied .

In a fun and interactive environment, they can learn to
