This workshop focuses on feeling loved, lovable and loving, valuing self, connecting with yourself and the outside world, the freedom to be you and accepted for you.

Set in a small intimate environment where participants are encouraged to share in a safe nurturing space, guided by emotions, triggers and powerful action steps for growth and change.
