Join us for the live launch of the Youth Empowerment Tool(YET) on the Caddyshack Project website.

This online tool has been designed to empower young people to engage with health professionals around their sexual health and to increase their knowledge around sexual and reproductive health. 

The YET will officially launch as part of Youth Week April 2021 with three main sections:

• “Stuff to know before you” is about accessing a health professional, obtaining a Medicare card and bulk billing.
• “Going for an STI test” is about what’s involved in going to a health professional for screening.
• “Knowledge is Power” provides links to trusted and reliable websites.

Input from young people has been sought throughout the project, with focus testing for appropriate language, design, layout and features. 

A QR code will be placed on all HARP condom dispensers in the Illawarra Shoalhaven at 78 different services  leading people to the YET.
