ALEC RANDLES EAST COAST SPRING TOUR + REBECCA MANN

Don't miss this intimate evening of raw original folk music, as ALEC RANDLES brings his trio show to Sydney as part of his east-coast tour, to celebrate the launch of his new original 'Peace of Mind'.  The night will feature an opening set from the amazing Sydney-based singer-songwriter REBECCA MANN.

⭐️  ALEC RANDLES  is an Australian fingerstyle guitarist & singer-songwriter, infusing backgrounds in Celtic, Roots & Blues guitar with contemporary folk music & thought-provoking lyricism.  This diverse influence has seen Randles play a plethora of shows across Australia, the US & NZ, spanning venues from theatres in Australia to street corners in Kansas City, USA.

Randles' performance is a testament to the rawness & authenticity of live acoustic performance - weaving his sets between complex fingerstyle guitar pieces & deep folk originals, traversing themes of political & social injustice, as well as self-dependence & confronting the unknown.  His dive into the folk scene has seen him embark on a successful tour across NZ, (selling out his debut show in Auckland) & Australia, & being invited to perform at folk festivals supporting the likes of Kim Churchill, Daniel Champagne, ARIA award winning artist Jeff Lang & King Tide.

With two EPs “Moon” (2018) & “It’s a Show” (2021) under her belt, Rebecca’s visual lyrics, poetic storytelling & powerful melodies touch the hearts of many audience members.  Inspired by musicians like Augie March, Leonard Cohen, Paul Kelly & The Whitlams, Rebecca tells evocative stories through her original folky style.

"Rebecca's songwriting brings out the best elements of the centuries-old craft of folk & contrasts it with her modern reflections.” Aldora Britain Records
