Phil Cleary, former teacher, football legend, politician and equality activist, will be hosting this very special event to bring the community clubs together to focus on the role we can all play in driving positive change within the community.

This event is part of 16 Days of Activism against Gender Based Violence, an international campaign that runs from 25 November (UN International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women) until 10 December (International Human Rights Day). Phil's has been an advocate against family violence since he lost his 25 year old sister in 1987, fatally stabbed by her ex-boyfriend.

Phil's talks are insightful and inspiring, and will focus on how we can all play a part in calling out inappropriate behaviour, to build cultures of respect within our community.
