Baby Foundations

Our new Baby Foundations Course helps parents feel confident and connected as you support your baby’s development with simple, evidence-based tips and playful moments from an APA Paediatric Physiotherapist, designed to fit into your everyday life.

The first months are a critical window for your baby’s development. Many parents feel unsure about milestones, tummy time and how to encourage play. Our Baby Groups are led by an APA-trained Paediatric Physiotherapist who helps parents build confidence from the start, providing practical, evidence-based guidance to help your baby move, bond and thrive. 

What we offer 

A five-week program led by paediatric physiotherapists trained in infant motor development:

Program outline 

WEEK 1 - Welcome to the Baby Clinic – Gentle check of baby and instructions and run through on variants. 

WEEK 2 - Essentials for Positioning - Setting up your space for optimal development. 

WEEK 3 – Play & Early Activities - Guided activities to promote rolling, sitting, reaching and play skills. 

WEEK 4 – Milestones & Skills - How to know you’re on track and when to seek advice. 

WEEK 5 – Wrap Up & Next Steps - Celebrate progress and connection.
