Gyani has been teaching yoga for over 10 years and hopes to make yoga accessible to all. She lives in Bunbury and teaches weekly yoga classes in the area.

The playful yoga practice in this class will include gentle yoga postures for strength and flexibility, deep breathing practices and meditation - designed to increase awareness and keep the mind focused on the delicious glass of St Aidan Wine and local produce you will enjoy as we finish. Such a delight for the senses!
