Authentic Sexuality: Restoring yourself after trauma

After relationship or sexual trauma many of us begin to move through our world in a way that seems detached and distant from the way we used to be. We may forget the physical sensations we used to feel, we may seem like observers in our life instead of a willing participant. We may lose confidence in the joy of being sexual.In this Authentic Sexuality workshop we will begin to share and feel and explore ways to restore ourselves and reclaim our positive sexuality. Facilitated by sexologist LudAllen with a small group size to ensure the space and safety for all.
