Nguyaguya-mi-lang Nurawin - First Nations Wiradjuri for ‘Beautiful Skin’

Brisbane Fashion Month 2017 aimed to build the creative Qld fashion community - building stronger businesses which can then be showcased nationally and internationally.

A partnership between Robert Henderson and Billy Blue was developed and 7 of Robert’s Artwork was printed onto fabric. Billy Blue students, then used this material to showcase their talents and design some amazing garments.

We would like to show you this collaborative project on the runway - to recognise the work the students have done and demonstrate the collaborative nature of Art and Fashion.
