Mums Self-kindness & Forgiveness Workshop

The first Mums Wellbeing Circle for 2018 is a 'Self-kindness & Forgiveness' workshop. It will be a gathering of like-minded mums who enjoy having authentic conversations about motherhood and wellbeing. You are sure to walk away from this special circle feeling rejuvenated, inspired and empowered.

What the mums wellbeing circle includes...

*You will learn practical wellbeing tools to help you incorporate self kindness into your daily routine.
*You will learn my, 'Five Steps to Forgiveness' tool which is a wonderful activity to help you to start fresh and boost your positive energy.
*It's an opportunity to connect with like-minded mums who are also learning to prioritise and nurture their everyday wellbeing.
*It's an informal get-together which provides you the time and space to complete a wellbeing check-in and (via my wellbeing reflection activity - this is just for you and no need to share). 
*It's an opportunity to listen and share with other mums about motherhood, self-kindness and wellbeing. We are all on our wellbeing journeys together and are all doing the very best we can. The discussion element of the mums wellbeing circle is a powerful and beautiful way to deepen your connection with local mums and to truly know that you are not alone on this motherhood journey.
