Fun 4 Kids, Happy Kids, Healthy Kids - Torquay

Fun for Kids - Healthy Kids, Happy Kids is a unique workshop specifically designed to encourage a Positive and Creative Mindset for young children.

This 90 minute session will include Mindfulness, Music, Drawing or Writing, Craft, Brain Gym, Movement, Yoga, Mindful walks, Relaxation techniques, Colour and Sound therapy, along with a great deal of laughter and fun.

Developed by Jo Surkitt, Jo has used the Growth Mindset, Positive Psychology, Emotional Intelligence, Mindfulness and many years of experience in the Wellbeing industry to design fun activities that will:

• Encourage Creativity
• Develop Connection with others
• Build Resilience
• Assist with Self Awareness
• Work with Emotions and Values
• Improve Self regulation through Relaxation techniques
• Include Movement and gentle Exercise

Location: Hinchcliff Room, Eastern Hub Geelong 285a McKillop St, East Geelong

Eastern Hub is a beautiful venue with a wonderful, light-filled room, a fantastic playground and outdoor area to run some of the activities. It also has the Seasons Cafe onsite great for breakfast, lunch or a snack while the kids are in the session

Banksia Room, Grovedale Community House 45 Heyers Rd Grovedale

The Banksia room is a lovely setting and great for kids activities. It also has plenty of parking.

EARLY BIRD PRICE: $25 per child or $20 per child if siblings are attending

AGES: PRIMARY SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN 5-12 YEARS

Information about the session:

Parents are able to drop their children off or are most welcome to stay for the session.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the beginning of the session so we can start of time.

Please bring: Water bottle, comfy clothes.
