Lean for small to medium size business Leaders Masterclass Workshop
This half day Learning Event will be held in a classroom style venue.
The day will be highly interactive to maximise the learning outcomes and will be facilitated by TXM Managing Director, Tim McLean and TXM Senior Consultant, Brent Johnstone. Through a combination of theory, case study reviews, and small-group work, the participants will develop sufficient Lean awareness to compile a simple one-page plan to be implemented post-workshop.
Workshop content will include:
• Why small and medium sized manufacturers fail to achieve profitable growth and why Lean is a highly effective approach to help overcome these barriers.
• The basic principles of Lean and how to relate those to a SME.
• The eight steps to successful Lean implementation in an SME.
In addition to the learning experience, participants to the Learning Events will be supplied with a copy of the book “Grow Your Factory, Grow Your Profits: Lean for Small and Medium Manufacturing Enterprises” that will provide a reference point and guide for participants to take back to their workplace and guide them through the execution of their one page plans.
