The ins and outs of event and risk management with Kelly Harrington the RCC’s Pperations Manager.

This workshop will cover event planning, stakeholder liaison, site maps, scheduling and traffic plans. The workshop will also cover typical local government procedures and permits, risk management, insurance and general resourcing (staffing, suppliers, volunteers etc).
