A 4 hour retreat-style workshop of Mindfulness, Meditation, Yoga and Nature.

Set in the heart of the picturesque Dandenong Ranges amongst trees and open sky.

Explore the theme of SAVOURING. How to really experience the fullness and richness of each moment for what it is, without running ahead to the future, going over the past or tainting this moment with judgments or distractions. Savouring allows us to pause, slow down and actually enjoy and receive the benefits of what this moment has to offer in all it's colours, shapes, flavours and layers.

Incorporating the principles of Mindfulness, the mindful attitudes of curiosity, non-judgment, acceptance, non-striving, letting go and compassion, guided meditations, gentle yoga, and “tree bathing” allow yourself to SAVOUR a nurturing, nourishing morning of wellbeing.

These workshops are designed to be experienced on their own, or as a series. Each once offers something different and provides a space to drop away from your everyday life and connect back in with yourself.
