What would be better than spending half a day at The Farm ! (Killalea State Park). 

Starting the day with a summer morning yoga flow to uplift and get us moving for the day. Followed by morning tea at the Farm Cafe. 

We then head down to the camp ground to delve into a beautiful morning meditation to release stress, focus on stillness with breath and bringing harmony and stillness to your mind and body. 

Next up is our silent mindfulness walk to savour nature and quite the mind, slip into a slower gear, paddle your feet in the ocean or go for a swim

Finish the day with a light stretch then falling into the arms of Yoga Nidra (ancient yogic sleep) which will allow tension to melt away and releasing worries or concerns from your mind, bringing you into a sense of harmony and bliss.
