Eating well should be very simple. And it is. There is a huge amount of information and opinion out there in the nutrition world and it can be hard to sort though it all.

Here I present a highly practical real world approach to eating well. Because, well, kale isn't all its cracked up to be... In 45 minutes we'll cover the basics of a realistic approach that will have your energy levels up, mid afternoon slumps down and make maintaining (or losing if thats your goal) weight relatively effortless. Sounds too good to be true? Well maybe it is; but I don't think so!
