Melbourne Cup Day Luncheon

Your ticket includes a delicious two course lunch for just $45 per person, with alternate serves of:

Mains

• Pan Seared Barramundi Fillet (GF) with roasted baby potato and fennel salad, Spanish onion, cherry tomatoes, fried capers and lemon butter sauce
• Chicken Breast Kiev (GF) with herb mashed potato, baby broccolini, creamy truffle mushroom sauce, fried leek and herb oil

Desserts

• Chocolate Brownie (GF) with chocolate soil, mixed berry coulis, vanilla ice cream and shaved chocolate
• Coconut and Kaffir Lime Panna Cotta with fresh mixed berries, berry coulis and mint
