A 4 hour retreat-style workshop of Mindfulness, Meditation, Yoga and Nature.
Set in the heart of the picturesque Dandenong Ranges amongst trees and open sky.
Explore the theme of STILLNESS. In the busyness of life, how can we allow ourselves to find and experience stillness in amongst all the activity. Stillness, offering a refuge for our mind, body and heart so we can experience greater clarity, connection and calm as we go about our life.
Incorporating the principles of Mindfulness, the mindful attitudes of curiosity, non-judgment, acceptance, non-striving, letting go and compassion, guided meditations, gentle yoga, and “tree bathing” allow yourself to be STILL in a nurturing, nourishing morning of wellbeing.
These workshops are designed to be experienced on their own, or as a series. Each once offers something different and provides a space to drop away from your everyday life and connect back in with yourself.
Find peace within yourself so you can respond with peace to people and the world around you.
