Join us for a special morning of laughter and inspiration at the MRCCI’s 3rd Annual IWD Morning Tea with Vanya Cullen and special guest speakers.

Tickets include welcome bubbles or juice, delicious food, coffee or tea and a tasting and toast to Diana Madeline! There will also be a raffle and, of course, some fabulously funny and inspiring speakers:

Keynote Speaker

Kitty Prodonovich drove to Kalgoorlie, a place where she knew three people, at the age of 21 to start a business and hasn’t looked back. We will hear her story about the person who was the main influence in her life and the reasons as to why, nearly 30 years later she is such a driven advocate for regional business communities and why being connected is so important. Kitty is the CEO of Regional CCI, Chairs the SBDC, sits on the General Council of CCIWA and is a Non-Executive Director of Keystart Home Loans. She's previously owned two small businesses, and held positions of President of both the RCCIWA and the Kalgoorlie-Boulder CCI. 

Guest Speakers

Justine Arrow is a master of personal reinvention. The founder and owner of Arrows, a multi-awarding winning, reputable and popular remedial massage therapy studio in the heart of Margaret River. Justine is no ordinary business woman: she's had to adapt as a parent with two young sons with autism. Balancing the needs of her work with family has been a unique challenge that Justine shares in some uncensored and raw accounts about her personal journey. 

Melissa Harrison is a passionate advocate of family-friendly workplaces, recognising their importance in supporting re-entry of women to the workplace, harnessing talent, and addressing workplace gender inequity. Melissa is a practicing psychologist, entrepreneur and psychology researcher, and the Owner/Director of two Multi-Award Winning businesses: Nudge Psychological Assessment & Consulting and South West Employee Assistance Programs (SWEAP).

Georgie Wilkinson is the Chair of the Industrial Hemp Association of WA and Vice President of the Industrial Hemp Alliance. Georgie has been the owner of The Margaret River Hemp Co for over 15 years, with retail stores in Margaret River and Fremantle, and her passion for developing hemp as a sustainable resource led her to collaborate on ‘Hemp Homes Australia’ and launch ‘Hemp Co Foods’. 

Vanya Cullen is an internationally acclaimed winemaker, transforming Cullen Wines into a world renowned certified biodynamic carbon neutral naturally powered wine estate. Vanya was the first West Australian and first woman to win the Qantas/ Winemaker Magazine Winemaker of the YearAward. She has also been awarded UK Drinks Business Magazine Woman of the Year and Green Personality of the Year for her commitment to environmental excellence.
