Learn how you can formulate a long-term plan for your soil management so that in 5, 10 and 20 years time, your farm is in better shape and more resilient to the challenges it faces.

Your expert and mentor for this 4-day soil management program is Derek Smith, one of only four Kinsey-Albrecht Soil Practitioners in Australia.

Days 1 & 2 focus on how and why soils respond in certain ways to inputs, stock management and farming practises, and explores options to improve farm outcomes in the short, medium and long term.

Day 3 engages animal nutritionist and Kinsey-Albrecht Soil Practitioner, Peter Norwood from Victoria, for a full day seminar demonstrating how balanced healthy soils equate to higher quality pastures and crops with increased production. This day will be open to the paying public, while Balance and Boom program participants will attend for free.

Day 4 brings participants together in a practical group session to study their own soil test results analysed using the world-renowned Albrecht analysis system. Participants will be shown: exactly how recommendations are calculated, which management strategies will produce the desired result, how to mix and spread the recommended ammendments, and time frames for re-testing.

Places are limited so register now!

Cost: $155 per enterprise includes all presenters, catering for 2 from the enterprise and one soil test. Additional soil tests may be purchased for $150 per sample. Your enterprise will be invoiced during the program.
