ASIO-T4 will discuss the challenges for facilities that need to combine high security measures with fire and life safety requirements. The presentation will explain the basics of the Building Code of Australia, examine common issues (such as 'required re-entry', installing deadbolts and using fire doors for security) and detail some potential solutions.

About the presenter: ASIO-T4 provides expert protective security advice and training to the Australian Government, state and territory governments, and business. This includes physical security certification advice, technical surveillance countermeasures, producing resources for security managers and the evaluation of protective security products.
