Friday 10th October

Evening – Catch Up in Town
Reconnect with your year group over a casual dinner or drinks at a venue of your choosing. This is an informal opportunity to reunite and reminisce before Saturday’s events.

Saturday 11th October

From 9:30 AM – School Museum Open
The Farrer School Museum will be open for browsing from 9:30am.

10:30 AM – School Tour
Meet on the Centre Lawn for a guided tour of the school, led by Principal Clint Gallagher and current staff.
Please do not wander the grounds until the tour officially begins.

11:00 AM – Golf at Royal Farrer
The golf course is located below the Dairy – please walk down the laneway towards the river.
🚫 Do not drive past the Dairy gates.
Parking is available in the paddock above the Piggery or beside the Dairy. Please do not block access to the Dairy (milk pickup may occur).

Bring your golf sticks and enjoy a hit at Royal Farrer.

12:30 PM – BBQ & Beverages
Family and children welcome.
Enjoy a relaxed afternoon around the course with a BBQ, drinks, and novelty competitions including a Nearest the Pin challenge.
🥤 Beer and soft drinks will be available.
🚫 Strictly no BYO alcohol on school grounds. Offenders will be asked to leave.

2:15 PM – Old Boys Association Meeting
Join us for an important meeting with the new Executive Committee as we discuss future plans and opportunities.
🪑 Please bring a fold-up chair (some will be available, but not enough for everyone).

Merchandise Sale
We’ll be clearing out singlets and polo shirts – only $10 each, so bring your cash!
Plenty of Farrer Old Boys beer coolers will also be available.
💳 EFTPOS should be available (but bring cash just in case).

Fundraiser Raffle
Help raise funds for the development of the golf course.
🎟️ Raffle tickets will be available throughout the afternoon.
🏆 Draw at 8:00 PM (at the dinner).

🕞 Clubhouse closes around 3:30 PM.

6:00 PM – Official Old Boys Dinner

📍 Farrer Refectory
Join us for a delicious two-course dinner with wine on the tables and a full bar running throughout the night.
🎉 Expect plenty of fundraising activities – bring cash to support the cause.
🚌 Buses will run into town after the event.
🍷 Bar closes at 11:00 PM.
