Babbingtons beef pastrami with horseradish cream and a crisp rocket salad (GF)

Smoked chicken and pistachio roulade wrapped in prosciutto with crisp Melba toast and a chicken broth

Sauteed chilli crab, squid ink spaghetti and napoli sauce with fresh rocket

Main

Pan fried barramundi fillet on a tossed green pea, heirloom tomato and spinach spaetzle, finished with a saffron cream sauce

Confit duck Maryland with turmeric potatoes, balsamic onions and orange wafer (GF)

Spinach and ricotta ravioli with a homemade Mediterranean marinara (V)

Slow braised lamb shoulder topped with sweet potato chips, steamed greens and red wine jus (GF)

Crispy skin pork belly on a sweet carrot purée, sautéed baby apples, steamed beans and apple gel (GF)
