This unique music group composes contemporary music using traditional Sicilian instruments and vocalising in their Sicilian dialect. They make masterful use of such instruments as the ‘Ciaramedda’, which is best described as Sicilian Bagpipes, as well as tambourines, lutes, traditional flutes and classical guitar. With more than 10 years touring in as many countries, Unavantaluna has become one of Italy’s most revered musical acts.
