Working Systemically: Contracting with multiple stakeholders in Coaching

        Dr Alison Hodge

        Tuesday 1st May

Why strive to understand and contract with the array of stakeholders which exist in a coaching assignment?

How do I manage diverse and sometimes conflicting expectations transparently and ethically?

What can I do to ensure the professional, psychological and business contracts are expressed and aligned, so  my c lient work is effective?

Come and join Alison visiting us from the UK and our ICF NSW members and friends In this structured but highly practical and interactive session. Participants will engage around a “ live" case study, and there will be the opportunity for people to share insights and experiences working across the spectrum of clients and stakeholders i.e. the coachee, the coaching sponsor, line management, HR and the coaching supervisor.

        Key takeaways from the session:

        • An understanding of the diverse elements in co-creating the contract between coach and coachee and other contracts within the wider system
        • Overview of a practical contracting model
        • What it takes to build effective, ethical and transparent contracts
