Introduction to Sourdough Bread Baking

Spend the day learning the craft of making delicious sourdough breads using only flour, water and salt. This is a hands on workshop that covers all elements and steps you need to get started with success! I will also be covering how to make focaccia and tasty sourdough crackers in this session.Detailed notes and ongoing support for participants. Class covers starters, schedules to fit in life, making the most of your oven, different flours, problem solving and many other aspects. Maree is a trained 'trainer' so can teach the techniques as well as bake wonderful sourdough. Small classes with a maximum of 6 participants, $150.00 (Plus Booking Fee) for the day.
