Farm Field Day

Do you have a farm plan??? If not, why not? 

Here is your chance to increase your knowledge and skill-set and start work on making a plan. A farm with a plan can be more profitable, more sustainable and less stressful. 

The morning session will focus upon farm planning, including Yeoman's scale of permanence. 

Do you measure how your farm is responding to your management? Is your management helping to improve your farm or not? How do you know?

The afternoon session will be out in the paddock, looking at ecological indicators for monitoring farm health. A healthy farm, with healthy soil is a productive farm. Come and learn how to monitor for farm improvement using ecological indicators. 

Holistic farm management incorporates all of the above, and lots more. This field day is an opportunity to spend it learning from holistic management educator, Brian Wehlburg, from Inside Outside Management.

As numbers are limited, a small fee of $10 will reserve your ticket.
