Join WIBAS for an exclusive guided tour of the City Campus Student Accommodation for UoN. 

Project Overview:

The City Campus Student Accommodation project is a key development aimed at addressing the critical shortage of student housing while contributing to the ongoing revitalisation of the Newcastle CBD. Strategically located within the City Campus precinct, the project is designed to enhance student living standards and activate the surrounding urban environment.

The proposed development includes ground floor student and staff facilities with retail, and Levels 1–8 providing approximately 445 student beds. The project also features outdoor communal spaces, landscaping and public domain works, and integration with the existing Q Building and surrounding environment.

Location & Access

• Site requirements: PPE required - including steel cap boots, high visibility vest and hard hat. 
• Note: Long sleeves and long pants are required.
