Branxton Greta Memorial Cycleway Limited is holding an Official Luncheon to welcome our patron His Excellency General David Hurley AC DSC (Ret'd) Governor, New South Wales to the Hunter Valley.

During the luncheon it is a great opportunity to meet and talk to His Excellency regarding the significance of the memorial cycleway project and what it means to veterans and the broader communities of Branxton, Greta,  North Rothbury and Lower Belford.

The cycleway is dedicated to the approx 330 veterans from the community that enlisted and served in the Great War - World War 1, of those who served 50 did not return to Australia and are still buried in battle fields overseas. We are also proud to acknowledge six Military medal winners.

All money raised will go directly to the cycleway project.
