Every year the team of physiotherapists and occupational therapists from The Physio Co (TPC) swarm from around Australia to a single location in Melbourne for a day of learning, fun and connection.
It’s pretty exciting and the highlight of the year here at TPC!
Opening the doors!
But this year, we’ve decided to do something a little different, and open the doors of TPC Swarm to motivated allied health professionals who want to participate to learn, grow and celebrate.
Now in its 8th year, TPC Swarm will be our biggest yet, and we’re delighted to invite allied health professionals, and students – those who are not yet part of The Physio Co family – to buy a ticket and join us for this high-energy event at AAMI Stadium in Melbourne on Friday, August 24.
The event will be MC’d by The Physio Co’s founder and CEO, Tristan White while our special guest speaker this year will be bone health expert, Professor Belinda Beck, from Griffith University.
Belinda’s two sessions will cover the theory and physiology of osteoporosis for older people in the morning before moving to a practical session of how to put the ideas into practice for older clients.
Every person attending TPC Swarm will be fed and refreshed with morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, plus will receive a small gift from our event partner, ANZ Health.
In short, everyone at TPC Swarm 2018 will be learning, growing, eating, drinking, meeting other purpose-driven allied health professionals and celebrating with TPC as we announce our MVP** of the Year (‘Most Valuable Person’ award for living a TPC Core Value). Exciting!
