For the first time, our popular organic gardener and chef, Shelley, will bring her unique and inspiring presentation to Adelaide.

A foundation team member at Gwinganna for over 12 years, she is well known for her fun, engaging and helpful sessions teaching guests how to grow and make their own foods at home. She will help you understand more about fermented foods and learn how to make your own sauerkraut and kim chi. Take home Shelley's simple ideas, recipes and ingredients to use every day.
