Southern New England Landcare's Dry Time Dinners aim to support small groups of landholders experiencing 'intense drought' by helping them have a night out with their neighbours, thereby helping themselves and supporting a local venue too!

Southern New England Landcare's Dry Time Dinners have been made possible by a generous donation from the Northern Yarra Landcare Network in Victoria and local participating venues.

A total of 10 vouchers are available to the value of $200 each. Here's how it works:

  1. Any member of Southern New England Landcare can 'Host' a Dry Time Dinner, but they MUST be a primary producer residing in the Southern New England Landcare area.
  2. The Host should book a Dry Time Dinner Host Ticket via https://www.stickytickets.com.au/75393 to ensure a voucher will be available to them. There are 3 host tickets available in Guyra, 4 host tickets available for Uralla and 3 host tickets available for Walcha.
  3. Hosts are then encouraged to invite their neighbours, keeping the group size to 10 to facilitate supportive conversation. Participants MUST be primary producers but do NOT need to be members of Southern New England Landcare.
  4. The Host then books a table at the group's preferred venue in their closest location. Dinners must occur between 1 September and 30 November 2018.
  5. Hosts are required to fill out and return to Southern New England Landcare, a Dry Time Dinner Registration Form. This will enable you to claim your $200 voucher. Forms can be found at our website by clicking here.

Southern New England Landcare would like to thank Northern Yarra Landcare Network for their generous $1000 donation, which we have matched with a further $1000.
