This workshop has been carefully designed for girls aged 9-13 years to boost their confidence, self care and self esteem in a fun and creative way.

We will be spending time outdoors loving nature in the beautiful RAW Community Garden.

Joining us will be Mariam Issa, the creator of RAW Community Garden who will talk to the girls about the beauty and properties of different plants and herbs, and we will spend time exploring, tasting and having fun in the garden!

We will also make spend time in circle talking about the benefits of spending time in nature, and then we'll make some magical nature wands for the girls to take home and remind themselves of the beauty and power of nature to make you feel good!

What to wear: Sunscreen, and comfy clothes that are ok to get a bit dirty!
