Can I request an invoice to purchase tickets?

Yes, please email events@waterindustry.com.au with the details and we can arrange to send an invoice to you.

How many seats are included in a table?

Our tables seat 8 people. This is the maximum number set by the venue.

Is it set seating? Can my colleagues and I be seated together?

Yes, you will be assigned a table. Please put in the comment section who you would like to be seated with and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes, please email us the details of the new attendee and we can change over the registration.

Event Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 10 working days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made within 5-9 working days will receive a 70% refund (30% administration fee retained).
No refunds will be issued within 24 hours of the event however registrations are transferable.
We reserve the right to refuse entry if you are unable to demonstrate proof of registration. If permitted entry, you will be charged the full cost of the event.
