Paula Punch & the Fireflys and a stellar lineup of local singer-songwriter share their stories of a woman’s experience in love, motherhood and heartache.
The Punch Sessions was created by Phil Punch of Electric Avenue Studios, and Paula Punch with their music friends, to showcase local singer-songwriters and musicians for an evening of beautiful tunes and entertainment. This session includes:.
Paula Punch who has recently returned from touring the Californian West Coast and Nashville!.\ The band includes Robin Gist on guitars, Catherine Golden (Bonnie Kay and the Bonafides & The Honey Bogans) on Double Bass, and Tim O’Driscoll on percussion.. Her music is hard to define – but indie folk is probably closest.
Abi Tucker is an actress and singer songwriter, probably best known for her roles on Australian television, ranging from McLeod’s Daughters to Playschool. Join us as she performs a mix of raw, romantic ballads and uptempo love songs, and relays stories that are told by a woman who has managed to maintain an exciting and unique career spanning over three decades within Australias tough show business.
