Hosted by Mike De Iuliis, our Sydney New Release Wine Dinner is this year being held at the prestigious Sails on Lavender Bay
Located at one of Sydney's most stunning venues, Sails on Lavender Bay overlooks both the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge. Head Chef SaroDerderyan has worked for some of Sydney's greats and delivers vibrant foods using classic French techniques to enhance the best produce he can source.
