Join us at St. Aidan Wines as we host the very talented Sue Lewis Chocolatier.

Let us take you on a journey of the wonderful world of Wine and Chocolate pairing.

A selection of our specialty wines have been carefully selected and matched with chocolate specially crafted by Sue.

Sue Lewis will guide us through the chocolate making process from bean to bar with tastings of select single origin chocolate from around the world.

St. Aidan Wines will talk through each wine on offer explaining the process from bud to bottle and answer any questions you may have .

Sue will also conduct a tempering demonstration to show the fine art involved in creating such luxurious products

Sue Lewis is a qualified Chef with over 20 years experience who learnt the art of chocolate making under the direction of Master Chocolatier Paul A Young. 

She creates fresh handmade chocolate using only the worlds finest covertures blended with local, seasonal and often organic produce. Sue's creations contain no preservatives and are lower in sugar than other chocolates.

 Sue is based in the heart of Perth city with her stunning store located in the basement of the State Buildings
